"Do you call and ask for Robert, the agent and he's on a conference call? All the time. Then you call and he's out of town, at a conference? After all those conference phone calls? Seems hard to believe."

"I have had State Farm Insurance for 50 years. Never had a claim till my house fire last March 2023. Because of there slow process in my claim, my house is still unhabitable, State Farm will not give me a extension on living expenses. So I'm living out of my car, in the cold 28 degree weather. They don't care. I will never suggest anything to buy State Farm Insurance. In stead I will tell them the rest of State Farm Insurance bad habits and rip off attempts, low ball quotes and on and on and on. ????????????????? It's been over a month since I wrote the review about. I am still with out payment.House is still not done. I still am not able to start my business back up, Do to lack of funds. I should have received my personal loss money months ago. But since State Farm is for no good reason lollygagging with my money. So I can't pay bills. Electric got shut off over a month can't pay my house payment, no water. My cat and dog need there shots. My driver's license . And plate tags are expired. I can't take much more. I paid my insurance premium's on time for 50 years. Never had a claim. But now that I have a fire claim. I been waiting for my money for months. What State Farm has put me through is worse than losing my sentimental belongings in the fire. Believe me, not one person affiliated with State Farm has cared that I'm 65 and living in my car when the weather was 14 degrees. I can't express enough the physical and mental damage they have done to me."

Joe was very helpful in giving us directions on how to submit our claim to the claims division. And was there for follow-up questions. We were pleased with their response, assessment and follow-up. The process took some time due to the number of claims that were filed from this area. We worked with a State Farm suggested contractor, Pence Bros, Canton, Ohio. We are very happy with our interactions and work performed by this company. We highly recommend Pence Bros. They are a friendly, hard working team doing high quality work.
